We bought my wedding band from here. He made it specialty made for my ring. It turned out amazing and we a had a good experience for the most part. A year later the opal in my ring fell out so my husband drove an hour one way to have it looked at and fixed. My husband was approached by unmasked workers who then demanded that he put on a mask only to tell him that they couldn’t even look at it until after Christmas. I came to Stacey’s in a mess. The stone on my ring broke completely off... one week before engagement pictures. Stacey’s resized it, soldered my bands together, and fixed the stone for such an affordable price and super quickly! Thank y’all so much for saving the day! I’ll be a forever customer!
Have gone to this store exclusively since I moved to Sylacauga Alabama and after today I will NEVER return. The blonde lady who answers the phone, interrupts conversations you are having with someone else, inserts her opinions to a question asked of the jeweler very rudely does not understand customer service entails being courteous to the customers not RUDE and boorish. What a shame to experience this when you try to contribute to your community and use local businesses.
