I’ve been having serious problems with my s-i joint. After exchanging a couple of emails with Stacey, I booked a 1-hour massage with Josh. It was amazing. He massaged my recalcitrant hip flexors into utter submission. For the first time in weeks I’ve been able to move about pain-free. I’m now absolutely dedicated to massage on a regular basis, rather than thinking of it as a rare treat. Thanks!
