It seems like they just hire anyone from the streets to become front desk workers. The rudest, most dismissive workers. She wanted me to take an appointment after 3 months on a certain day, and I explained that I’ll be out of town because my daughter is giving birth. I even asked if I could have an appointment 4 days after what she suggested, and she said no and gave me a list of new doctors! Unbelievable. They have 0 sense of respect or professionalism.

I went in about a week ago for labs and some concerns I was having. Stacy Maltman was fantastic! I was asked to come in the following week for a full physical. I asked what all was included in that that we didn't do at the original appointment. She clarified they would look in my ears and throat and feel my neck. When I came in for my physical I saw a different nurse practitioner. All she did was listen to my heart. After going to this office for years (every 6 months) they told me I had to book a 3 month appointment and I let them know I would be out of the state in 3 months the girl at the front desk told me to find a new doctor. Extremely rude didn’t smile and with that attitude should not be representing a doctors office as a front desk person. I’ll happily find another primary care

Terrible staff. The front desk woman said to me “no no no I don’t wanna hear it, find a new doctor” all because I asked if I could get a later appointment time because I was unavailable for the day she wanted me to come in. Do not waste your time dealing with unprofessional, low standard staff that they hire. I’m surprised a doctor’s office has the lowest standard when it comes to ensuring their workers offer BASIC respect to all patients. DO BETTER.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The front desk staff were beyond rude—completely disrespectful, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience just for walking in. Their attitude was nasty and unprofessional from start to finish. I felt uncomfortable the entire time, and the way I was treated came off as discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I’ve never been treated this poorly anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
