Dr Knox, Karen and I'm sorry can't remember her nurse or Medical Assistant's name, she is the one that rooms you and takes your vitals, they are the best. Everything moved smoothly especially that I was able to register prior to my appointment and the receptionist was even excellent all very pleasant and awesome. I work for an internal medicine doctor in the city and we run our office just as they do. Excellent all around!!!
