Dr carter is a great doctor and surgeon. During the lead up to surgery I felt like she listened to my concerns and she let me know what to expect after the two surgeries I had.
Dr. Carter recommended an unnecessary and extremely painful surgery. Did not receive the proper pain medication. Dr. Carter truly is the lowest tier Doctor.
