the day before Christmas we noticed rain water was dripping from the middle of roof of metal ridge capping.so i called Ivan that day evening , he immediately told he can come on Christmas day and fixed water leaking area. After that no more water leaks from the garage. We were impressed , i will recommend him
We had lots of water coming into the ceiling of our dining room and needed to get the roof replaced immediately. Ivan came to provide a quote and even did a quick temporary patch as it was raining heavily the next day. He was able to get the job scheduled quickly. Ivan from Stable Roofing did an amazing job replacing shingles and rotten plywood at my mother’s house.
