I am a caregiver and very protective of my clients! One of my clients needed a piece of equipment from Star Alert. and I am always with them when someone (a stranger) is expected. When Sam arrived he was so kind, and efficient. He explained everything patiently to my client with such clarity!. What a WONDERFUL employee!
This company does not answer the phone. I was sent paperwork to be billed when I am not supposed to be billed at all. There was supposed to be a prepaid label to send it back and never came. Spent 16 minutes on hold just to be told I have to leave a message. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
