Just wanted to commend Sam on the great job he did in setting my parents up with their system. He explained everything in detail. My mom had originally been set up with a different version of their product previously and had never used it because it was too confusing for her. He switched my mom's out and then set both of my parents up on a package better suited to their needs and capabilities. Very disappointed with this system. My mother fell, pushed the button on the necklace, and laid on the floor for over 14 hours before I found her. I contacted the company to have a technician come out to check the system, hopefully before she returned from the hospital, and after 2 weeks and repeated phone calls I am still waiting. I’m paying for this system and don’t have peace of mind!

I lost my charger and have been calling for two weeks for a new one. Every time I call it's like the lady who answers don't listen to me. She just keeps saying the 19th they will be there.
