I purchased a Hvac unit from Staab n sons n had called to have it checked because temp wasn't reaching setting....I was charged for this and unit is under a year old! They "changed belts n filter" n said it was maintenance without my ok since nothing was wrong with unit!!! I know hvac units need maintenances but this is under a year old and I could have had the filters changed a lot more reasonable than their pricing! Would never recommend or use again!
They came when they said they would. The bill lined up with what I was told over the phone. Fabian was courteous and polite. No swearing even though I do and I wouldn't have minded. He did what he could to offer more optione , but were out of my price range and he didn't smother me. I don't like it when my house isn't running smoothly but they worked it out. recommend
DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! A ONE day job turned into 4 days. I had to cancel important things & lost work! on top of that,the so called manager is very rude because they "lost money" on my job.Maybe if their workers were more on point or if an actual manager was here to manage their slow workers then the job would of been done as scheduled.
