I wish I would’ve gotten their names, but the ladies working the front desk this morning (9:30am 7/31) were the absolute sweetest! They were so helpful and kind to my son and I. I hope they get recognized for being such great staff members! 💗

My husband took me to the ER. Just to be told he couldn't come in. That started the spiral. Pain radiating thru my right side. No offer to help me get to the ER waiting room! Once in there waited an Hour! Ran a urine sample and a bit of blood work took 2 hrs for them to even think about getting me anything for pain. Litterly I was crying and screaming even throwing up because of the severe pain. Once they did get me some meds they ran an IV. Wasn't even on a mechanical pump. Nurse didn't know how to hook it up. I understand that this stupid covid 19 has everything messed up and I want to thank those who honestly try and do everything they can. When my wife was admitted there this morning she couldn't even speak. I kept wondering how are they going to treat her without being able to ask questions? I kept waiting for someone to call me. Finally after an hour I called to ensure they had the correct number for me. Yes they did. Then another 45 minutes goes by before a DR calls me. My daughter had an EKG and an echo done. Service was great. But registration took forever and got my address wrong. So apparently they were sending my bills to that wrong address and when I finally got a bill from them only thanks to my mailman who figured it out I call to make a payment and am told that my account was sold to a collection agency. Good job Alexian Brothers.
Seton main saved my life on multiple occasions. The nurses, doctors, and staff are exceptional and caring. The rooms are clean. The food is good. The labor and delivery care and cardiac wings are exceptional. I wouldn’t want to be treated or cared for anywhere else.

Remember folks, they are a business, healing you is counter-productive to their mission. They are about profits, not people. Sick people bring in money, healthy ones do not. They saved my dad's life. He was infected with Covid 19 and was in bad shape...he spent five days in the ICU, and had the best nurses who took great care of him. He is 89 years old, and is home doing well!!! Thank you St. Alexius Medical Center for keeping my dad with me!!! He wishes he could come say hi to all who cared for him!!
I went in 7/8/2020 for a dislocated shoulder. I do have a pre existing gentic condition that lead to it dislocating. I did inform the nurse and doctor if this. The first doctor called me a crabby teenager after waiting almost two hours to get any kind of pain relief. I had dr brin. His nurse was worse. from 8:30 til 10 when shift changed i had no care provided by the "doctor". when shift changed i got doctor Williamson. I have never had to pay at time of service before, but my last 2 visits in June they advised I needed to stating, 'this is what will be your part after insurance.' I just received my EOBs and on one service they charged me $49 for my portion on the EOB is $15.63 and on the other payment just over $1,000 my portion is $313.64. I should have known better when they tried to charge me over $300 for the preventative testing that they did back off from when I said it was preventative. BEWARE!
