I went there for what I thought was a brown recluse bite under my arm which was hurting and later I got nausea and uncomfortable tightening of my chest. I was treated by two "doctors". One didn't know what the heck she was doing and the other didn't want to give me the time of day. She kept referring to him with every step she made so I started directing any question I had to him. if you don't have insurance do not come here. they won't do anything for you , lie about not having things that they do and still charge $500! or more!
Worst care ever. Dr Jennings has zero bedside manner and lacks empathic and professional communication skills. Dr Mares is a pulmonologist that has left my loved one hanging (with pneumonia!) due to multiple weeks of vacation. Their hospital policies are awful too. Admitting a patient to a room and then moving them to a Covid floor without Covid symptoms. They clearly care very little about their patients and their families. We waited in the waiting area for two hours, then were finally taken back to the hospital room, where we waited another two hours. Finally, I got a nurse’s attention, and a doctor came in and said “I didn’t know you were here, sorry about that.” Like, really? You didn’t know one of your patients have been waiting for hours? Unbelievable. With the times we live in, they seriously need to get their stuff together. Would not recommend! Take your loved one somewhere else!

I am trying to pay a bill from last October. They have not billed my insurance! Every time I call, I get hung up on and have to call back. Nobody seems to want to look at this. Customer service is not part of their dictionary. Very upset that I have to call EVERY MONTH to get hung up on and call back repeatedly to be told it will be cleared up by next month. Horrible way of doing business.

On 8/10/20 I encountered 2 nurses they were both responsible for the care of my wife. I assumed that they would be kind and caring they were not! Alexis , the certified nurse assistant was short and didn’t take the time to explain why she was doing what she was doing and Kristen the other nurse was rude and told me to leave not in a kind way either. When I called to file a grievance I was transferred and then hung up on. I am beyond upset and disappointed in the lack of care that should be done in a hospital.
I unfortunately had the opportunity to visit the emergency room via ambulance due to a vehicle accident this week. I was in pain and nauseous but was not given medication in the ambulance which I totally understand. However my son and I were immediately seen by the most wonderful staff at St. Vincent Anderson, Dr. Patel and great nurses. We were immediately administered pain medication and sent for XRays and CTs. I am so happy with the way we were treated.Dr. Patel was an outstanding physician. I called my rheumatologist at Saint Vincent Anderson and told them my situation and how much pain I was in and they never got back with me. This is not the first time her office had done this! I’m going to order my medical records to be released and I’m going to be out of there!
