About 2 weeks ago I called twice with questions on my Mom’s oxygen and breathing machine. I was told by Pachence and Kim “ Well you are more than welcome to take your business somewhere else” I realize these are just customer service people answering phones but if this was my business they would not be treating my customers this way! I see my mother’s machine bills $2500 a month to her insurance so that would be a nice paycheck to “take elsewhere”. Price gouging, borderline fraud, IMO. I was unaware of the recurring co-pay any ridiculous amount they charge insurance. Medicare , Blue Cross Blue Shield advantage. Get a brand new CPAP machine for $200 on Highway 280.
They were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!!
