I was in the office today getting a walker for my Mom, I would like to say I felt so bad for the staff, they were trying to talk with a patient on the phone very professionally and quiet, but this patient was talking so very loud I could hear him degrading them over a mask, the manager kept apologizing to the patient but he just kept telling her how awful she was. I was lied to by Charles who said I wouldn’t owe a penny because of 2 insurances. His exact words (I promise you won’t owe anything. Take my word” also claimed he ordered my mask. He never ordered. They just lost 25 years of business from me due to this.
