I was lied to by Charles who said I wouldn’t owe a penny because of 2 insurances. His exact words (I promise you won’t owe anything. Take my word” also claimed he ordered my mask. He never ordered. They just lost 25 years of business from me due to this.
Concentrator stop working after hour call and was told a driver will call when on the way with replacement.This was at 5:01am at 8:00am no call.Call again was told replacement on the truck driver will when on the way 10:00am no call no driver.This don't care about it customers it the worse customer service ever .Replacement concentrator still hasn't arrived nor have i heard from the driver.
Poor customer service. Not nice and welcoming at all.
Was setup with CPAP today, Delisa was great, very helpful, and explained everything i needed to know and more. The girls at the front were very friendly.
