Super long wait to be in pain and in an emergency situation….thank god Grandview is close by. But to have to leave and go to another hospital is insane…
Very unprofessional racist heartless and I will not allowing them to get away with any of it especially with my insurance Monday was a very horrible day I will never go to the east emergency room location
I drove from Boaz to St. Vincent's East because my GI doctor was in that area. I'm really glad I did, service was good, hospital clean, staff was really, really nice! I don't think I've ever been in a nicer, better organized ER department. Plus I really liked the security coming in to the ER.
Young daughter came to ER with bleeding laceration to her toe. Nurse preferred glue over stitches, and gave care instruction. Less than 2 hrs later laceration begins to bleed through bandages heavily. We contacted the ER and was told to bring her back. Husband and daughter sat in ER for over 2 hrs close to midnight. There were at least 6 others placed in front of them. Triage never checked her laceration or checked for pain levels.
