It's taken me a while to post this because I keep thinking about what happened that day and it angers me so much that I had to post this. My father was experiencing and complaining of breathing issues, so he decided to go ahead to the emergency room St Vincent East because that's where he wanted to go for care. Absolutely has to be one of the worst I have been to. Someone came in & asked questions before doctor came in - she said she was a student - no clue if student doc or nurse but she doesn't qualify for either. She asked q's and before she left repeated my answers back - she got 4 wrong & one she got wrong twice. Then they do a chest X-ray, I asked radiologist why and she said I complained of chest hurting - I never said anything about my chest.
