I am really impressed and thankful for St. Vincent’s East ER. They took my mama in and treated her with the utmost kindness. Her nurse, Anah, was so kind and attentive. She listened intentionally and answered our questions. We then spoke with another nurse named Scott and asked about food. The food was brought to her shortly after. Lastly, Stephanie who worked in access was kind to listen to us when we had questions. Good job y’all. Thank you for what you do.
I am still sitting in er waiting room and have been for 4 hours. Came in with chest pain shortness of breath dizziness and nausea and just wow! Biggest mistake I've made. And to think I thought this was the right idea and traveled 2 hours because like a fool I thought this was a sure bet. Won't make this mistake again!!! Please send me a survey!
We have been sitting in the waiting room for 4 hrs when we first arrived there was only 3/4 people ahead of us. There have been people called to the back that was here a 30 mins to an hr after us. This is truly frustrating when I’ve been here since 10 and the waiting room is packed now.
Excellent service. They had me in and out in an hour. The dr and nurses were was nice. Check in was a breeze and I was able to do it on my phone. Wish I lived on this side of town
Mom was brought in for chest pain by ambulance I am still sitting in waiting area not knowing anything! Staff acts like they don’t even care! Come on Uab do something with this place!!!
