Received fraudulent bill 4 months after fully paid service, they do not answer the phone or call back, about to report to attorney general's office for fraud
The reception staff are the absolute best. I am very grateful for the help I received from them because I was being thrown in circles with a prior Authorization approval and the scheduling team. Apparently the scheduling and the prior Authorization company wasn't communicating very well and I felt like I was being let down. I have cochlear implants and need an extra approval which was given but was not forwarded. So for a month now I finally got in touch with scheduling thanks to the help of the receptionist. First they wouldn't reschedule without my new insurance number, then when I called back to schedule they put the ultrasound appointment as a Biopsy. when they caught the error it was delayed an additional 3 weeks. The scheduling department desperately needs customers service training. the 4th person that I talked with seems to know what she was doing.
