Whenever you go to this facility ask for REBECCA. A very nice and polite young lady. She will respect you and make you feel good
Great place for PT. I did 5 weeks of therapy, and greatly improved with each visit. Alex was my therapist and he is fantastic! He is very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, upbeat, encouraging, a great listener and so much more. Scheduling was easy. The facility is clean. Ebony at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend this St V facility for PT.
Brett was very professional and took the time to work with my particular health conditions and renewed my sense of strength and freedom alternative from surgery. Everyone at this facility has been very helpful.
I have been treated well and felt very comfortable for therapy. I am progressing as expected but not sure how much this is costing me. Bret is a great physical therapist!
Was ask to get there 30mins early arrive 40minutes early. Told lady (receptionist) I was going to sit down (pain in ankle) she Addressed 2 other people who came in after me. I am angry and upset. Ask to speak to a manager. One therapist came and listened. She ask me what did I want to done about it. I told her all has been done. Oh yeah in case you didn't know I am black and they all were white. I am now waiting to speak to my doc's manager.
