There's an emergency room here, though I could not make it to the emergency room for one thing, because a bystander had sternly from a distance, and in The shadow of night, and boldly as if authoritarian (authoritative?) said to me that it was not a hospital and I had to exit upon the sidewalk by stepping over a chain appearing to be used as a gate
