Came here bc the hospital in my hometown, Marion General Hospital(Marion, Indiana) wasn't telling me what was wrong with my 19 month old son. They misdiagnosed him for 2 weeks saying he had pneumonia. Drive 40 min to St. Vincent, & they did xray & told me what was wrong with him. He actually had bronchitis & his bronchial tubes was inflamed,a high is why he cried all day for 2 days straight !!They put my baby on the right medication & the same day he was feeling better & could breathe better. No communication with family about condition and what is going on. They moved her to a different room and didn't tell us. Trying to find out any information is like pulling teeth.
I also love the statue shown, which is out front . My grandson went running up to it and hugged JESUS!! PICTURE IS BEAUTIFUL! ! HE TOLD US HE FINALLY GOT TO HUG JESUS! !
It's a great place to work. It's like being a part of a family where everyone has the same goal. I'm not saying it's perfect because no job ever is, but it's close enough for me.
I was in so much pain and I sat in the er waiting room for 2 and 1/2 hrs then I got upset and left and my Dr told me to go to Kokomo er bc I had been to our er 3 times and they said nothing was wrong bull shit if u got pain something is wrong Logansport er sucks too just saying come to find out it was my gallbladder I was puking up green stuff for 3day plus the pain diarrhea dehydrated fever chills cough the pain was 10 on the rate scale sorry just putting it out there
The maternity staff is AWESOME! They were very assuring, and helpful. They checked on me lots of times just to make sure baby and I were doing good after delivery.
There's no other hospital that I would trust my life to.the staff .nurses and doctors really are the best.take my word for it.if your Ill this is the place you want to be
Went in with severe pain and told them of prior heart issues. Waited two hours to be seen for them to say swelling, numbness of hands and fingers and pain are normal.
Went in with chest pain and high blood pressure was upstairs in a room with pain medication and blood pressure to help with pain and blood pressure with in a hr. kudos to the er Dr Dr landerman and on call heart Dr Dr nachey for exllecent care. And kudos to the nurses amanda and Deanna and the pcts for excellent standard of care
