Todd was incredible! He kept me relaxed and informed with a great sense of humor and made me feel at ease despite nerves. The individual room was spacious and comfortable but I definitely recommend a few home touches like a favorite pillow for the best possible sleep.
Just went for my second sleep study at Saint Vincents and had no complaints! The staff is all super nice, helpful and they try to make you as comfortable as can be. Todd was my tech for the night and he was super sweet and funny. You can tell he truly love’s his job and the people he works with. Highly recommend :)
I just brought my 2 year old son and everything was accommodated for or has been explained in detail can’t talk highly enough of the staff especially a tech named Todd get him for children he’s the best
I had a terrible experience at the St. Vincent Hospital Sleep Lab. To start, staff did not properly explain the process-- I was basically hooked up to their monitoring equipment and told "Good luck." Yes, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, but "you don't know what you don't know." I would have appreciated a lot more explanation at the start.
