☆☆☆☆ Disappointed and Frustrated with Lack of Communication and Care I had been seeing a specialist at St. Vincent’s Neurosciences Center who recently retired—yet no one informed me. I only found out when I tried to schedule a follow-up for concerning symptoms. When I called, I was told, “We don’t currently have a plan in place for his new patients, so follow up with your primary care provider.” That response left me feeling abandoned and deeply concerned about the continuity of care for my condition. The doctors are great, but who ever does the scheduling is awful. They were suppose to call me to schedule an EMG, but never did. After 2 month, of repeatedly sending my EMG request, the receptionist was able to schedule me one month out. My hands are in extreme pain and have little sensation left, but the receptionist couldn’t care less. Nerves do not regenerate like skin cells, so I potentially permanently lost function in my hands for the rest of my life because the receptionist is terrible. Do not recommend.
Very nervous to be coming to this clinic after reading the reviews... I have been searching for answers and reasons, for YEARS, as to why I feel the way I do and experience seizure activity daily...for years its been a debilitating inconvenience on any hope of living a normal lifeI really hope this place and Dr. P can help me. I saw Hans Bone for a back issue. He suggested diet changes and walking. The diet he suggested included only things my body reacts to badly. Then he wanted me to take n-saids. I am allergic to them. Also he is trying to keep me from getting a bulging disc in my spine treated, by mixing two diagnosis to make a new one. I already had one half of the stuff he mentioned in a diagnosis, the other part was new and was the same symptoms as a bulging disc. My son has been seeing Dr Echeverri for the past 6 months for management of seizures. Our experience has been wonderful. The staff is kind and cheerful. Dr Echeverri is incredibly smart and easy to work with. We 100% recommend this clinic!
