My son has been seeing Dr Echeverri for the past 6 months for management of seizures. Our experience has been wonderful. The staff is kind and cheerful. Dr Echeverri is incredibly smart and easy to work with. We 100% recommend this clinic!
I saw Dr. Rebecca a month ago. I am in a wheelchair & can't walk more than about 50 feet. She was sure she could help me I talked to my insurance and got the authorization for treatment. I was schuldle for July 25th, 2023 at 7:45 AM. I got to Surgery PLUS at St v's For my injections. They told me they had been canceled. NO REASON WAS GIVEN. IVE BEEN WITH THIS PREBLEM FOR 39 YEARS. the front desk clerks were polite, it was clean and nice. the nurse who took us into exam room was unkempt, and unprofessional and she misled us regarding our records. the doctor only came in to TALK AT US instead of performing an exam or obtaining personalized information related to our visit. he had no medical history to refer to and when questioned he became argumentative but continued talking. negligent.
Update 4/9/21:: Reached out to St Vincent patient representative, John Northrum(sp?)- He provided top-notch service from day one and got the ball rolling on my appeal to get it approved. Because of him, I was able to get my stimulator trial done today. Thank you John I am eternally grateful.. Once John got the ball rolling with the Neuroscience staff, they were diligent in filing the appeals necessary to get me my stimulator. Everyone in the office has been very professional.
