Not happy with the service there I wasn't there being seen but the people that were in there he in the reception room waiting to be seen were not handled properly who leaves a type one diabetic in DKA sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen and that is why I go to Billings clinic
I came into the er on 9/7 complaning about severe chest pains and difficulties breathing! They got me in emediatly and did everything they could to figure out what was wrong! When the did the emediatly admitted me and ended up being a lung infection and staff infection! I was in tower 3 for 3 days! Thank you all for being such caring people! My dr neil sorenson and every other cna, nurse, and doctors treated me with such great care and respect! I will never go anywhere else unless i move out of state! You were all incredible... read more
I can not fathom an institution that provides a higher level of care. If you are going to have a baby, look no further than St. V's.
This was the worst experience ever was ambulance to st.vs with severe back pains I could not move paramedics had to Put me on a stretcher off my living room Floor I could not walk on my own doctors did x rays and told me that no bones were fractured and discharged me my wife had to go and look for a wheelchair and put me in it herself and wheel me to our vehicle and help me into the vehicle which I might add was very painful and near impossible. I will never go to this hospital again . Very very dissatisfied
Received excellent care in ER, and in room. Great staff.
This hospital is wonderful. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They have taken spectacular care of my dad. By the way...the lullaby when a baby is born is so awesome!
Big thank you to the ER department and Dr. Buchanan for the care they gave our daughter this weekend. It was a holiday weekend and they were super busy and we had to wait awhile but they kept checking on her and when they were able to get us in they were amazing .
