I had to downgrade St. Vincent from my five stars. My last experience was not a good one. I took the black and the nurse was very rude to me. As she was taking my blood pressure, it wasn’t working right. Before. And it kept getting tiger and tiger and I felt like my circulation was getting cut off and it was really hurt and She literally got mad at me, but I refuse to have my blood pressure taken. The staff here is truly amazing. From the emergency room to upstairs when i was admitted. I had to have my gallbladder removed and it was way over due so ofcourse its causing me alot of problems. But the drs and nurses and even down to the cleaning ladies are absolutely amazing. I feel like I'm the only one here. Thank u for helping me, my family appreciates it too. Rosie Dement
The ICU refused to allow even one family member to stay overnight with our son in his last two nights of life. Their work was more important to them even when they repeatedly said there was little hope of survival than it was to show compassion. I will forever remember their cruel indifference. My heart is broken.
