The doctors and office are amazing, but when you call you can't speak to a real person, only leave a message. Its really annoying.
Save your time and your money coming here they blew me up through text message to confirm my appointment and needless to say it’s been almost an hour and no one has helped us i’m literally just sitting here waiting and just being ignored. Their scheduling is ridiculous and time management is horrible.
Dr Goebl is AMAZING all the staff were kind and professional Genuinely brought me to tears how great she was! Only thing I can say to improve the place is the ability to fill out paperwork online and email over as a new patient! It just saves so much time!! Their website says you can do this but you can’t :(
I book my appointments months in advance and still wait an hour plus each and every time before the doctor comes in. I understand things happen....but every single time??? This is ridiculous
Absolutely worst pediatric office! Doctors and nurses are iffy depending on the location you go to. I went to Henderson location once and the nurse was behaving off, just weird and unprofessional. There is no way to reach any office ever! You will go to a general line and get forwarded to a nurse hotline and never reach the front desk of an office location. You’ll leave a message and never get a call back on the “24/7” nurse advice line. No one answers that hotline. If you need documents done, forget it. You won’t get a call... read more
