I went to the emergency room, because I had a heart attack a couple weeks before, and I was still feeling pain in my chest. Not only did Doctor Hixson say I didn't have a heart attack, but when I told him about the blood I was coughing up. He said it was caused by coughing. I haven't had a cough in years. This isn't "what came first, The chicken or the egg". I was coughing because I had blood in my lungs. I'm 52 and never coughed up blood before in my life. I was seen quickly and received excellent care from everyone involved in my treatment.
This hospital is something. They judge you & treat you like dirt if you aren't perfect. They ignore whatever you say is wrong due to their constant assumptions. I have to add there is a doctor here that is actually really good & treats you equally & fair. I think he is overnight in the emergency room. I can't remember his name but possibly starts with a T.
