No sense of urgency for grandparent. Many of the workers there had attitude and whispered to each other knowing me and my sister were in visible distress. Everyone had blank expressions. Isn't the hospital supposed to have workers that have empathy for people? Courtney at the front desk should not be working at a front desk of a hospital. My sister asks why couldn't she help my grandpa on the wheelchair. She proceeds to say "I'm not a nurse." You work in the ER, you should have gotten a nurse. Very disappointing.

ST. ROSE SIENA HOSPITAL AT 3001 ST ROSE PARKWAY IS HORRIFIC WITH A CAPITAL "H". MY RECENT VISIT IS SURREAL. THE HOSPITAL DOCTOR TOLD ME "FACE IT" YOU'RE BLACK THEY (HOSPITAL STAFF) DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU SO YOU'RE BEST TO GET A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT RIGHT AWAY TO SAVE YOURSELF". SINCE THAT AWAKENING, EVERY EXPERIENCE I HAD AT ST. ROSE HOSPITAL REVEALED THAT ST. ROSE CARES NOT TO SAVE LIVES OF BLACKS AND WILL ALLOW YOU TO DIE. I AM A 57 YEAR OLD BLACK FEMALE, BUSINESS OWNER FOR 15 YEARS, AND DECENT PERSON ON ALL ACCOUNTS. I AM ... read more

This hospital and the physicians contracted with this hospital are negligent and reckless. My mother suffered and died here. I have a recorded phone conversation with the patient care and risk management representative that proves this claim. Please PM me for an unedited copy of it before you make any decisions about your safety or the safety of those you love. BEWARE!

My husband has been at St. Rose for 28 days now with a bowel obstruction. I would like to THANK EACH AND EVERY STAFF MEMBER who have been so incredibly kind to my husband and myself. We were in the surgical floor for 13 days and the charge nurses Razel and Lou made us feel like family. All the nurses working under their guidance were so kind to both of us. Leonard has been seen by 4 different groups of doctors and they have all been so kind. When we were moved to IMC after the surgery, the nurses,CNAS, respiratory, P... read more

Birthing bad experienced, two emergencies without diagnosis and went home with more pain. My family doctor detected where the back pain coming from!! Yesterday I went to emergency again this time with lower abdominal pain. No diagnosis or findings again! I went home with double pain because of the nurse inserted my IV over penetrated my vein and all the 6 medications just ... read more

From the moment I walked into the ER I was treated horribly. The security guard simply pointed to where I needed to register, no hello...nothing. Then the registration man was equally as robotic; excpt he wore a germ type mask. No hello, no good bye, simply asked for my ID, then typed a bunch and told me to go around the corner to the nurse. The nurse way also the exact same way...no hello; like a robot. No direction, just started putting the cuff on me and sat with the pulse ox in her hand as though I was suppose to know wh... read more
