Horrible customer service horrible scheduling overall very unprofessional clerk staff!
Never in my life have I seen a dental office be so unprofessional... for months upon months I have yet to receive a call back with any information when Dental Services will reconvene. My son has been waiting for oral surgeon since February he had an appointment scheduled and do the corona it was postponed. These people have yet to see or even call us back in regards to dental pain and surgery
My boyfriend got recommended to go here from St. Peter’s hospital & we have been trying to call sense 8:30 this morning and there still not open with my boyfriend having a abscessed tooth that needs to get pulled !
RecommendedI was a patient w/Dr. Desantos and received nothing but professional care. All staff was exceptional nice. Looking forward to going back end of November.
If your looking for a dental office with poor quality and non patient centered care.... Then this is the place for you.
They don't go by schedule appointments , and just call back whoever they please.
One of the receptionist was very rude...she tried to disrespect me but. I focuse on. The other recptionist that step up and told her co.worker to go take a break. Started to report her....
This office is a damn joke! 2nd appointment in two weeks where we have waited well over an hr to be seen. We were here 15mins before our scheduled appt and every single person who has come in after has already gone in. Im about to flip out on these people
