Loved our time here! We have been here for 7 years and love the direct access to Springdale Park. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of right away. Great location, the size of the 2 bedroom apartment is wonderful as well. Great place for a family! We are sad to leave our apartment but its time to get serious about saving money for our own place one. If we hate the other place, we will be back next year though. haha
We've lived here for 7 years. The location can't be beat and the 2 bedroom 2 story floorplan is one of the nicest we've seen. They also have 2 guest units that come in super handy when family comes to visit. The only drawbacks are the price (which increases drastically each year) and the absence of a smoking policy. My husband and I have had bad luck and always seem to live next to smokers and deal with smoke coming in the Windows.
I love living here - great staff, amenities, and the units are kept up with. I am disappointed in the guest parking situation. There's no way to get guest parking passes if you find out you're having guests after the leasing office is closed, and even if you do know ahead of time, you only get 10 passes (good for one night for one car) per month. Guest parking should be available first come first serve. Other than that, it's a fantastic place to live.
Staff is great. The lay out of the 3 bedroom is amazing- huge rooms!
We lived here before we bought our home, lived here with 3 kids. After we sold our home, we moved back here temporarily while our next home was being built. They have countless pool, they are salt water which is awesome, and the main pool is heated year around. They have a killer gym unlike any apartment I have ever seen. The clubhouse is legit, I go down there a couple times a week to work, the office staff and maintenance staff are super friendly. Also, love the size of the bedrooms in the 3 bed model, they are huge!
