Please read and tell me that I am not overly sensitive and have every right to be as upset as I am. For the past 8 years my family and I have been living at the St.Moritz Resort Apartments. THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT IMAGINABLE I am sitting in class when my twin sister calls me hysterically crying. After making sure no one was hurt and everyone is safe. I think this place is great. Very well kept. Great management team at the office. I'm in a downstairs 1 bed and I love it. It's super spacious and it looks great.
Lived there 5 years, moved out in July. Overpriced. Rent jacked up heavily every single year; no rate bonus for long-time loyal tenants. They don't respond to noise complaints--noise curfew never enforced. Leasing office staff is not welcoming; very corporate and not willing to negotiate on anything. Maintenance guys are awesome. Clubhouse is way overpriced, not worth renting. Walls are thin, so you will hear neighbors and the a/c. Location is great, across from the town center, walking distance.
