For the most part it is great. I did have one problem on 1/29/16 though. 2 weeks prior I had some growths Removed from my eyelids. The procedure went great. Dr. John wanted to see me in 2 weeks to check the areas on my eyelids. Which in my book is a followup visit anyway you look at it. I arrived for my followup and was asked for a $50 copay. I said you don't pay copay on followup visit. They tried to say it was classed as a short office visit and ins. Requires a copay. Can't figure out why they classed it as a short office ... read more

Had an appointment at 1130 for my mother. The nurses are great. However the doctor during her procedure well over 3 hours late and seemed not to care. He doesn't even come from the other building but drives in like he just came from the golf course. If I ran my business like they did here I would be bankrupt. If I ever need to had visit treatment myself I will seek services elsewhere.
