My original review is below, but I am updating it to show my current thoughts. After my review, I was able to talk to Dr Michaelos and decided to give him a second chance. Subsequently he performed some surgery on my eyelid to help with my case of dry eye. I think that my review and speaking to him must have helped as the last few times I have been there his office has been more efficient in getting patients back to see him.
