Hire a bartender that can make gin freeze. Buy salmon that has a flavor as the Salmon Benedict had a couple of very thin tasteless pieces of salmon with a slice of tomato over the salmon and a overcooked poached egg on top. Do not serve a plate unless every item is on the plate, as such a plate was served my wife without the chicken sausages. The server was very pleasant but not sure she was deserving of a 19% gratuity and an additional tip. The atmosphere was pleasant

Outstanding meal at a place we happened upon by chance. Far Niente Chardonnay, grilled peaches with ricotta served on a layer of prociutto; monkfish for Jane, wild scallops for me, and a perfect dinner overall.
