The techs and nurses are great but the psychiatrist messed with my medication dosage without mine or my doctor’s consent and screwed me up for a while. Wouldn’t recommend.
Please, PLEASE, don’t let these bad review scare you away! I was so nervous going in voluntarily. I’ve never been in an inpatient facility and it was very apparent to everyone there. The techs were AMAZING. Nurses? PHENOMENAL. Social workers? So sweet!!! All the faculty I came into contact with were professional and KNEW how to make a scary situation, one that was bearable, but then transformed it into an enlightening experience! I am a mother of a former patient, and the staff at Turning Point were absolutely amazing!!! They made it easier for me to know without a doubt that my daughter was getting the help she needed to understand what was going on inside her mind!! Everyone one was so kind and showed that they truly do care about their patients!! Thank you!!
