The hospital was extremely clean. The volunteer people were all super friendly Also the lady in the imagine area got me a drink because I was coughing.
I took my husband to the ER right away they took him back, he was diagnosed with Congestive heart failure they are taking good care of him
The ER has GREATLY improved. The ER doctor was great and Dr. Merril, the surgeon are a 5 star plus. Dr. Samuel, the hospitalist, is a 4 1/2 - should share more info willingly without having to pry out of him. The nursing staff on the floor is still very lacking. I can only give them a one for response and 1/2 for caring about patients. A couple of them are good but one in particular is calloused and doesn't care. Mela is a gem. A true 5. I went yesterday I got bronchitis I was treated very well but sitting in the waiting room there was a lady came running in hollers I need help I think he has had a stroke the lady in the window took her time the lady waited around 5 minutes before anyone got out there in the waiting room then went out to get the poor man on the way back in the nurse was very rude to the lady I found out the mans in very bad shape this way around 2 or 3 I think this should be checked out the lady in the window and the nurse that went out they... read more
Absolutely the most poorly managed excuse for a hospital I've ever seen.
Me and my the old son checked in at 8pm,and at 12:30am we was still sitting on the ER and haven't been called back,so I took my son home and to the clinic the next morning! Have great service in hospital,but WE had poor service and rude associate's in the ER!
I had to take my daughter for a split over her eyebrow. The staff was so awesome! The nurses that had to help hold her were so sweet with her and they gave her a paper castle set, a glow wand and a Popsicle afterwards. That was just what she needed to forget about the stitches! Thank you all so much!!!
I am giving this hospital a 1 because my baby that is 14 months old have a fever of 103.9 and they just wanted to take there sweet time bout seeing my baby and he still had a fever when we left from I will not go back there I will go to gainesville or atlanta...
