I want to rave over the neurology floor that my mom is on. She got there yesterday & they all have been super caring; gentle w/Our 80 yr old mom that has dementia & we've witnessed soo many non caring humans working in this field & just being horrible people! St. Mary's my sister says is like going above n beyond! And yall not only made us feel soo much better about our mom, i want to personally thank you for giving my sister what she needed! Elycha Brown made our visit to St.Mary's very enjoyabe to be admitted to a hospital.She was very profesional,enjoyable, and entertaining if i have a return visit i hope she is the person that i get to be with.She is an assett to St.Mary's Hospital .She is a unforgetable person.
I spent 7 days in med/surge and all of my nurses and techs were very attentive and very knowledgeable they work together as an awesome team they didnt make me feel like just another patient. Shout out to all of them!
Took my husband to the ER. Got placed in a bed in the hall. This is fine for a couple of hours but after 6 hours, right outside the public restroom….people constantly walking by talking incessantly. Not a very healing environment. Not to mention it was not the cleanest place I have been to. PIEDMONT ATHENS REGIONAL ALL THE WAY.
Every interaction during my husband's surgery was positive, from registration the nurses and the young lady in the cafeteria! I would like to say a special thank you to Elycha Brown that got us registered and was just so compassionate and caring during that experience.
