Shooey! They stink bad. I mean literally and as a practice. My husband called out of work for our first ultrasound and when we arrive, we are sent home because the physician i had picked out was unavailable, and the one they picked for me was ALSO unavailable. I should've listened! Im billing them for the money my husband lost today.
My appointment was at 11:00 with Lauren Watkins. I confirmed my appointment the day before. When I arrived the receptionist, Angie, said my appointment was at 1045 with Dr. Toney and looked at the clock. I showed her my confirmation email and she said “I’ll have to go ask if they will see you” I sat 20 mins while she set there checking patients in and she did not contact anyone in the back. I sat for 1 hour and I finally left. I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received.
If you want to have an amazing experience I would 100% recommend coming here. Everyone is so accommodating and nice. They will answer any questions or concerns so gently. Thank you all for giving me a special experience.
If I could give them a zero I would I come here for a second opinion because I had five positive pregnancy test and a blood test that was negative so that happened on September 25 and so I decided to make an appointment with them since I needed an OB Because I could no longer go to mine no more and I also have PCOS so it was a concern with what I was going through in pain trying to figure out what was going on and when I sat down and told them what was going on today, they kinda just looked at me like I was crazy. I had heard great things from people who had delivered here so I called and set up an appt. I was told on the phone my ultrasound was at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 (due to being stuck in interstate traffic) and was told my appointment was at 1 and i didnt Answer the confirmation call for my appointment (which i never Received) and they could not see me.
