The management system is so bad m trying for 2 months for my health record, I fill the form 2 months ago but I don’t get any response and staff is also not cooperative and I don’t receive any call from anyone…very disappointed
The wait time is INSANE. I came in at 9 pm and it is now 4:30 am and I haven’t been seen by a doctor. I have to leave soon as I have two kids at home. I may have to leave without even seeing a doctor. I’m beyond frustrated. I came here because the wait time online said 3.5 hours. I’ve been here for 7.5 hours with no end in sight. This is scary that our hospitals are so broken.
I had a series of heart attacks, and procedures over December 2025, and January, 2026. I was "fortunate" to have been sent to St. Michael's (Toronto) for the 2 difficult stents. I can't say enough good about St. Michael's. I've had a non-invasive throat operation several years ago (can't remember the date), and the stents in about January, 2026.
