They are incompetent the pharmacist gave my wife the wrong drugs . .Don't go there ! incompetent from beginning to end thier new computer system can't even identify common allergies .I'll never come back to this emergency again.The nurses we delt with were mean and unhelpful because of the hospital protocols. Waited 4 hrs to see a doctor and nobody offers any information of what procedures or plans they have for their patients.
Pathetic waiting time. Waiting more the 6hours for a specialist. And the nurse was sit us inside and said "specialist will be here whenever they want". So if the specialist not comes today we have to wait until tomorrow or whenever they come. Pathetic and heartless healthcare system.
I can’t say enough about the excellent care my 92 year old father-in-law received at WRHN (formerly known as St. Mary’s). He arrived at the hospital with congestive heart failure which was undiagnosed and untreated during a 13 day stay at a different hospital. At WRHN he was treated with dignity and respect, and his condition was thoroughly explained to him along with a plan for a return to health. Dr Joshi in the emergency department is not a nice person. She would ask me a question then talk over me when I answered. Repeatedly. She also interrupted and argued every point or question I spoke. When I asked her to refer to her superior on her diagnosis she grudgingly agreed then returned literally 11 minutes later and lectured me about disrespecting her credentials. I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch the day I had my ablation surgery. They were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The care I was given was top notch! There are no words in my vocabulary anyways, that could truly do these individuals justice. Thank you to everyone…..and yes I really did pee!
