I’ve gone to this doctor for 10 years , the doctor alone she is amazing she’s quick and very helpful. The receptionist on the other hand is rudeeeeeee. She needs to get a new receptionist

The dr. is alright but the front desk lady is very arrogant and stupid. She only speaks arabic, her english is very poor, doesn’t understand anything you are saying ans hangs up the phone while you are still talking. The office doesn’t even have a proper landline number, they use their cellphones. Communication is very poor
