I have had a great experience at the Senior Center for the last 13 years. Dr Herold and his assistant are the best as are the registration staff. Welcoming, efficient and professional.
I just had my baby at St. Marks. I was 36 weeks and came from Nevada. Had to be induced due to preeclampsia . I have nothing but amazing things to say about all my nurses and the doctor in the delivery and labor department! One nurse that did stand out was our male nurse Mckinlee! He made me feel so secure in his arms/care. He was super attentive at every single thing. He always had a smile on his face whatever task I had him help me with. He was so awesome!!! Thank you!!! He loves his job and that is worth a million bucks!
If a patient is in crisis, they should be evaluated as soon as possible. Not 6 hours after arrival. Also the ED charge nurse is a dick.
I was able to witness the birth of my 4th grandchild at this hospital last week and it was a wonderful experience. I have to give a huge shout out and thank you to my daughter's Labor and Delivery nurse McKinlee! Man was he incredible...so impressed with his care, knowledge and genuine concern in helping and caring for my girls! Made me want to have another baby and a hospital experience all over again!!! Thank you McKinlee for a wonderful day. He was even working on his day off and wanted to be there caring for us! Kudos!😊
