If you have to choose; don't do tacos ask for a quesadilla instead. Beef Quesadilla with a side of Guac to spread on top.

Get the usual tacos : carnitas, bistec, chorizo, cecina, barbacoa (lamb) & suadero (beef flank). Feeling adventurous? Get the cabeza (beef head), lengua (beef tongue) or buche (pork stomach).

The cabeza taco is a rich, spicy, bundle of deliciousness! If you are not familiar or nervous about “roasted head” just know it’s incredible.
