I love this place staff us wonderful and welcome you with such a friendly and positive atmosphere. I should have moved here a very long time ago. The walking teails5are great, clean, very dog friendly. Finally I feel like this is home.

St. Marin has been a great place to call home for 5 years+. The staff cares!The grounds are always in great shape and attractive. I've never been disappointed with a response to a repair repair request or noise control. The staff knows their residents. Still very pleased!

This is a very descent community. However, just be careful securing your apartment to avoid any kind of break-in. Convinient location, grocery stores are nearby. However, getting to 635 can be a pain during rush hours.
