I lived here for 6 years, through 3 management changes. The current management is apathetic about the property and the tenants. I paid a $900 non-refundable pet deposit for 2 dogs (I have the lease to corroborate this statement). When I moved from one apartment to another, management attempted to charge me another pet deposit with no damage to out current apartment. It's a place of refuge so very serene and very beautiful and maintenance here is very hunky the leasing office staff and the manager are always eager to help and do whatever it takes to make the resident feel comfortable and happy

Just went for a visit and stayed there at my friends appartement clean, quiet, and very nice area... couldn't ask more.. highly recommended
