Stay away from St. Luke’s. This was my second really bad experience with them. I’m a patient of Heather McTigue and called to schedule my monthly B12 shot. They decided to call me 20 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, to tell me they had to reschedule because someone at the front desk made a scheduling mistake.The only solutions offered were to reschedule or to sit in the office and wait to maybe be seen.
