My husband went to the ER on December 19th, 2019.... fast forward 7 months later after 4 harsh chemo treatments and a lung resection he is currently cancer-free. RecommendedI recommend not going to their Emergency Department, its an absolute joke. In fact, I would avoid the main hospital at all cost.. I have been insulted, called names, torn down by nursing staff and told that I am not important.. If I ever need emergency treatment again, I will be going to Esentia every time.. I will never be treated the way I was again, and it has happened more than once. I do however have some of the greatest doctors on earth taking care of me in the specialized departs, and would never give them up..

Every single volunteer, staff member, and administration/management I came in contact with today was professional, on time, and had a smile on their face! The nurses and doctors were kind, compassionate, and explained everything to me during a time that I clearly felt fearful and out of control.
