Third visit and had to explain to reception my insurance.if I been coming in and out the past month insurance is still the same.staff not to friendly.
I have never ever been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by the receptionist staff. Only person I had respect from was Dr Casey.I got attitude from the receptionist staff the moment I walked in the door. I didn't deserve the way I was treated and I know my medical and legal knowledge being an EMT.
