The staff and doctors are very polite and pleasant! My visits were handled in a professional and friendly manor! I would recommend them to anyone with sports related injuries. Doctor is going to make sure I can play again!
I had a torn meniscus and was having trouble playing with my grandchildren. I had surgery on Thursday by Dr Bumgardner and was at the Aquarium the following Monday walking around all day. I have had no further problems with my knee. Definitely a satisfied patient.

First time - long long wait before called back. Saw lots of office people just standing around. Frustrating when you feel like they aren't busy and yet you still have not been called back. Second Time - needed a visit years later... Thought to myself, first time was NOT good. Against my first impression tortured myself a second time. Waited more than 45 minutes in lobby.
