I've been dealing with headaches for years that my PCP couldn't explain. Came here. Got an answer and simple meds to correct the problem. Dr. Patel is always available to respond to messages and I never spend more than 15 minutes in the building at a time.
I have never been so disappointed in a medical office. I have been waiting for 5 months to simply get a neurologist assigned to my case. I have had to leave my job because of my symptoms. I have called this office >6 times now, and while the front desk staff have been lovely, I have been told to “wait and they’ll call you.” Even my primary has reached out on my behalf with no success in eliciting a response from St. Luke’s neurology. HIPAA violation. Provided my medical records to a third party without my consent. Scheduled an appointment without my consent. I will be reporting them and the nurse who provided my information.
Dr Martin Oselkin either wants my husband to do what he thinks is the best plan and nothing else will do. Does not admit to any wrongdoing on his part when husband was in the hospital for 41 days, the last week due to heparin od from his team and blamed other things sending him for other tests that were completely unnecessary. Go to another doctor that spends more than one and a half day in the office!!! (No I will not be giving feedback as I have already done that several times, all of which are ignored)
