Dr. light and frost and his father and all the nurses absolutely amazing in the cardiac unit
Had the best experience there. The staff was enjoyable and well educated, very sensitive to your needs. I would give more stars if I could.
The rooms are too hot and the air is still. The rooms need fans
All my experiences with St. Luke's are always top-notch. All the Doctors and Nurses are very professional and caring. All the staff are the greatest. Always have a smile for you when your greeted and when you depart. A special shout out to the wonderful staff that pushes me around the building. These folks are always in my prayers.
The worst service ever. Still sitting in the emergency room for 4 hours now for my wife's arm injury. After watching many others come and go I ask when they would see my wife after 3 hours. The nurse sarcastically told me that she could not give me a time nor would she see where in line we were. I waited another 20 minutes and ask again and the nurse could not follow find the paperwork so I had to fill it out again. I first visited St Luke's Urgent Care on Wolfram Rd. Oxygen was low, very congested lungs. They sent me to the ER who did numerous tests, breathing treatments, etc. I was in ER 5 hours then admitted to the hospital. That was a long wait but I agree the most serious cases need attention first and they did have to wait on test results on me so while I didn't like the wait, I don't fault the ER staff at all.
