Yesterday was my second experience with St. Luke's Hospital-\-\ both good, but for vastly different reasons. The first time I took my late mother through chemotherapy there, then helped her pass there. She was treated with dignity, respect, but most of all with compassion. The staff, especially their team of doctors know their stuff and have exemplary bedside manner. Every single nurse, tech etc. was over the top kind and helpful! I was in for a knee replacement a few years ago. Don't remember much, but I obviously was happy and love my new knee! My husband came home a little early, today I wish he was still there because they know what they are doing and they can leave and I can't! Thanks for building a great staff!
Thank you so much to the staff in the Same Day Surgery Center for taking such great care of me today. I was a last minute addition to the schedule and was just wowed by how everyone came together to make sure I was able to get in today. I cannot remember everyone's names but do recall that Ellen in the recovery room was delightful. And, of course, Dr. Wagner is the very best doctor I have ever met. Thank you all for making something scary and painful as easy as possible.
This isn't my first hospital stay, but recently had a terrible experience at another local hospital. That makes me appreciate every single aspect of my care here. From the ambulance ride, to nurses and dr's in the ER, CT tech, ultrasound tech, admitting doctors, all my nurses and techs thus far have absolutely blown me away! St Luke's has a great and caring staff. Everything I asked for was handled promptly and due to back issues I was handled gently. Clean, friendly and caring. Everything I expect from a hospital.
