Was diagnosed with AKI (acute kidney failure isnt reversible at the chronic stage which comes fast) at st lukes. Was told to follow up with labs after hospitalization. Cant get the order from my doctor because they do not answer phones. Went to patient first
WHY CANT YALL ANSWER THE PHONE
Interaction today was unprofessional. I spoke with the office manager that her verbish was professional. However, talking to me about my medical issues in a lobby is totally UNPROFESSIONAL! Treating me like I am less than is unacceptable for me.
I dont appreciate the attitude i was given when i asked questions. The woman Samantha D at the FRONT desk was not very welcoming , and seeming to be very dismissive since "i didnt Schdule an appointment" Hard to do if , Every Single time i call , I get sent to voicemail . Why isnt there ever anybody in the office answering calls ? ( Not even at 8m when opening )
