Had 2 employees, in different departments make derogatory comments to another staff member; one about not caring who was waiting for who in the surgery waiting room and another about how she and her relief " thankfully dodged two of the pediatric bullets." We then received completely inaccurate post op instructions for our son, a pediatric surgery patient, with a bleeding disorder.. I only hope we soon get another option as to where we can have pediatric specialty services provided.. the physicians were great however the fac... read more
This hospital has been amazing with us. Everyone has been so nice! Not only were they patient with two very emotional parents that had no sleep in 24 hours but the helped our baby girl. I can't thank everyone enough.. our thanks go to everyone starting in fruitland er then the Boise er then the surgery team and the receptionist in the waiting room. Now to all the nurses and dr in the picu.. thank you all so so much.. we are so great full to be able to have such a great hospital with a great team close to us.
I love this hospital your amazing with my kids and everyone is so nice i refuse to take my children to any other hospital
My son had a surgery yesterday for a appendix the nurse ,doctor ,anethisia, and the personal they were so nice and sweet

Everything was great except they put an IV in my son's foot instead of using his port. I asked them specifically to use his port. It made me very unhappy. The care that he received from the nurses was great
