My 4 year old had her tonsils and adenoids removed a week ago, her and I both were pretty nervous about how the whole ordeal would play out. The peds pre-op team as well as the peds PACU nurse were absolutely amazing and eased her nervousness with grace. We never once felt rushed, Thank you all for going above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and confident in what you do.! �

First, I'm sorry for those who had an unhappy experience at St. Luke's. Second, I'm happy to see all the positive reviews. My family's experience with the staff, from security personnel to physicians, has been wonderful. My sister has been in MICU, on a regular floor, and back to ICU and the care has been excellent, which sure makes this traumatic time a little easier. We've been here five days already. Still hoping for a good outcome. It's comforting to know she's getting such great care. Thank you, St. Luke's.
