I was in the waiting room when a man entered. He said the VA sent him to this building. He needed to see an ophthalmologist. The office staff rudely told him that there was no ophthalmologist in the building. There is an ophthalmology sign right outside their office on the 3rd floor!!! She told him to go downstairs. He said there was no one downstairs to which she told him to sign in on the kiosk and someone would see him. After he left, all of the office workers loudly laughed at the man, and everyone in the waiting room he... read more

Dr. Patel and Dr. Gallagher, My father and I took my mother to see Dr. Patel and Dr. Gallagher for the first time last week. Both doctors were very nice to my mother and kind and also patient. They explained the procedure to her what she is going to have done and any questions she might have. The both of them are very caring doctors and want the best for their patients. My mother looks forward to having them take care of her to make sure she is ok. My mother is glad to have two great doctors who are so concerning for the wel... read more

They purposefully have gotten rid of other reviews from transgender people who have gone here for hormone therapy. They do an extremely poor job at regulating Testosterone levels especially and many of us are often left frustrated at the pharmacy because our prescription wasn't written correctly or a prior authorization wasn't ever sent to our insurance. If you need to reschedule it will be at least 3-6 months if youre lucky.

Waiting time often 45 minutes. They don't follow through on requests. Waiting months for shoes due to their reluctance to follow thru. But some nice staff people like Mary and Dr. Sigona who are devoted to patients. They need a tough office manager who can run the place. Too much lacksadaisy

I have the same experience as lots of others. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Then I called back after I got home to get a question answered about the lab tests and had to leave a message. No one ever answers the phone there, you always have to leave a message. Naturally no one ever returned my call. I just called today to cancel my next appointment and again no one answered the phone, had to leave a message again.
